You can pay in cash or by EC card or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We do not offer an invoice for bank transfer.

The Genusspension includes breakfast (7:30 am to 11:00 am), the afternoon snack (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and a 5-course gourmet dinner menu (6:30 pm to 8:30 pm).

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 11:00 am in the Gartenzimmer.
The afternoon snack is offered from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
For the 5-course gourmet dinner menu, please be seated in the restaurant between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm.

Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am in the Gartenzimmer.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest. Please register them at reception no later than the day before.

Our reception is open daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. 

Your room will be available until 11:30 am. Afterwards, you are welcome to book the SPA extension with afternoon snack for €35 per person. 

Your room is available from 3 pm.

In the underground parking garage P3, there are six charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles.
You can use your private charging card – billing is based on consumption.
Alternatively, you can obtain a charging card from reception (€28 will be charged to your room).
Please return the card after use.

As a Friends Club member, you receive 1% cashback on your lodging costs. The calculation is based on the arrangement price (excluding: Wellness Club annual discount and in-house special discounts).

The cashback will be credited to your membership card. The accumulated credit can be redeemed during future stays at Best Alpine Wellness Hotels or in the Best Alpine Wellness Hotels' shop for the purchase of vouchers or a wide range of products.

The Bergheim Pharmacy is located in our immediate neighbourhood, less than 50 metres from the hotel entrance.

Leave the hotel through the main entrance and turn right. The pharmacy is just a few steps away.

The hair salon “Salon Classic” is located in our immediate neighbourhood, less than 50 metres from the hotel entrance.

There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area. These include SPAR, PENNY and HOFER along the B156 towards “Salzburg-Nord”, as well as SPAR and BILLA PLUS when heading into the city towards Salzburg-Itzling.

Our in-house Dorfbrauerei is open every Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm (starting 26th of May 2025).
