To make your stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, it is essential that everyone observes the following bathing and sauna rules.

Use and safety

• Use of the SPA area is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any personal health risks.
• The Genussdorf and its team cannot completely prevent accidents.
• Access is only possible during the known opening hours.
• The SPA area is operated and maintained in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• In the event of malfunctions or defects, use will be restricted or prohibited.
• The staff will provide first aid within reasonable limits.
• First aid materials are available and labeled.
• Responsible persons must ensure the supervision of minors.
• The Genussdorf is only liable for damages caused by unlawful or culpable behavior of the staff. No liability for damage caused by guests.

Furthermore

• The sauna facilities may not be used by people with infectious diseases.
• Showering before using the sauna and entering the pool is compulsory.
• Jumping from the edge of the pool is prohibited!
• Bath towels are to be used in the dry saunas.
• Loungers may only be used with a towel covering them.
• Technical equipment must not be touched.
• Photography and filming are prohibited.
• Seating or lounging areas may not be reserved for the long term.
• We accept no liability for the loss of valuables.
• Food and drinks in glass containers may not be consumed in the DorfSPA.
• Commercial activities or advertising require the consent of the owner.
• Smoking is prohibited in accordance with legal regulations, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
